Our flexible B2B manufacturing setup accepts custom commercial orders starting from 50 to 200 balls per design, supporting both growing brands and established distributors.

Sample creation takes approximately 10–15 business days. Bulk production runs typically take 3–5 weeks depending on the order quantity, construction type, and custom printing specs.

Mold and screen setup fees depend on the number of colors, print complexity, and panel arrangement. Setup fees are often waived or refunded on bulk production orders.

We ship globally via trusted door-to-door express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for sample kits and small batches, as well as air cargo and ocean freight (FOB/CIF) for bulk container orders.

Commercial Payment Terms

• Small & Sample Orders: For smaller production runs or physical custom sample configurations, full advance payment is required via secure online credit card processing or any of our mentioned transfer channels before shipment begins. This ensures immediate allocation of materials and swift production processing.

• Large & Bulk Orders (Flexible Milestone Paths): For regular commercial bulk manufacturing volumes, we operate on standard business milestone terms to keep your order moving smoothly:

  • 50% Deposit: Payable upon official order confirmation and design mockup sign-off to initiate material procurement and setup size molds.

  • 50% Balance: Payable upon production completion and quality inspection approval, right before final dispatch and tracking handover.
